barback

  1. Qualifications & Skills: Reliable, quick learner, positive and optimistic personality, team player, and ability to adapt to different crowds and shift demands.

  2. Responsibilities: Support bartenders, interact with guests, work collaboratively with the team, and maintain efficiency during high-volume shifts.

  3. Schedule & Availability: Full-time availability required; all staff work 5 days a week, including weekends and holidays. Shifts typically range from 6 to 8 hours.

  4. Training & Growth: On-the-job training provided, including Cicerone, WSET, ServeSafe, and TiPS certifications.

  5. Work Environment: Fast-paced brewery with a rooftop bar, taproom, beer garden, scratch kitchen, and event center, offering a dynamic and engaging atmosphere.

  6. Expectations: Team-oriented culture where everyone shares responsibilities, stays adaptable, and contributes to creating a top-tier guest experience.

bartender

Food Runner/expo:

  1. Act as the link between the kitchen and customers, ensuring orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.

  2. Notify customers via text when their orders are ready for pick-up, maintaining efficient response times.

  3. Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bartenders to ensure order accuracy and completeness.

  4. Assist with setting up and breaking down the expo and service areas, keeping the food window and prep areas clean and organized.

  5. Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues, and assist with additional tasks as assigned by management.

Line cook/prep chef

  1. Assist with meal preparation, plating, and presentation, maintaining attention to detail.

  2. Follow food safety guidelines and keep work areas clean and organized.

  3. Work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant or catering environment, collaborating with the team.

  4. Take direction from chefs or supervisors and adapt to various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  5. Perform additional duties as assigned to support kitchen operations.

dish washer

  1. Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.

  2. Maintain a clean and organized work area while ensuring all kitchen equipment is properly sanitized.

  3. Assist with basic food prep tasks as needed.

  4. Dispose of kitchen garbage and manage recycling activities.

  5. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

  6. Collaborate as a team player with good communication skills and knowledge of basic kitchen operations.
